Rank Upgrade for Survival

As of this moment i am a VIP in all servers but barebones. i got this rank when global ranks were a thing and now i am trying to upgrade myself to vast on survival but it wont let me. It says i am not a VIP. I will keep trying but if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. thx ^-^.

If you have a rank on KitPvP, you can sync that onto Barebones. You can do so by going here.

If you can't claim your rank for survival, then post a bug report.

No ranks transferred to survival as it was a new game mode. This means you do not have VIP rank on Survival and this will be treated as a new purchase.

And from what i have seen, it says I have VIP on survival and I can use VIP commands. Anyway. Thanks.
