Pay is disabled command

Please make it so that when people join and say can i get money that either we ourselves can do a command (/pid) to say that its disabled or have something pick it up and do it for us

I think there is 2-5 players a day which ask for money on atlas, unaware that /pay is disabled. I think this would be a cool addition to see although its not hard to type out "/pay is disabled".
