OP P IV

Hey Guys,

So, I've been playing on Kitpvp for a while now and after playing for so long the players who just sit and never die with P IV gets really annoying. If there could be some way to implement a plugin that only allows player to use P IV for lets say 150 kills and then its gone

Prot IV takes a long time to make, sooner or later the kits may be upgraded so that a group of players without prot IV can kill a prot IV player.
This could happen, other than that, the idea of having it only for 150 may put people off using it?

Prot 4 adds a goal to kitpvp, its one of the things to aim for.

P IV takes a while to get, So it isnt unfair
