I'm stuck in a nether portal trap

I have clue as to how I can escape this portal. I've not been able to break block as the area is claimed, and I can't use chat because of how I'm continuously 'teleporting' in the portal. What should I do?

I don't mind if I could start from scratch or to be tp'd to spawn.
