How can i complete the breeding quest?

The fact is you can't breed mobs from spawners because of how they stack. even if you find wild mobs to breed, they will stack, and despawn later on.
How can someone do this so this person does not miss out on another quest points?

Currently wheating my cows from automatic build once at a time. seems to work even if its horse breed quest

Yes I'm afraid that quest is pretty much impossible. It has been reported, which is really all staff can do.

ive wasted a few stacks of golden apples on horses before realing tbreeding was broken xD
