Cubit Scam, i'm putting this here because it happened on Factions

I was promised 14 cubits for $20,000,000 by Madara_X_Uchiha on factions (yes, i know, it's a very incredible deal given the market, but I wasn't about to pass up on the deal)
He asked me to send the money first in case of a scam, so I did, and then he sent .14 cubits, rather than the 14. See atached screenshots.
