/break whitelisting / blacklisting

Hey,
I was playing the new islands reset and I have noticed something really annoying I keep doing. I have made a floor of concreate and I keep breaking it with my fist. So my idea is to add a whitelist /blacklist to /break that the user can decided what they want to insta break and what they don't want to insta break.

/BreakBlacklist blue_concrete. (all blocks but blue concrete will be insta broken)
/BreakWhitlist oak_log (Only oak Logs will break)

Nice suggestion but on my opinion it just sounds so unnecessary just toggling /break on and off shouldnt really be that hard

The reason I suggest this is not because of that. It when u are mining using /break on islands or wood chopping on islands using it. When enabled you break the mining blocks instantly and you get the xp for mmco for it.

Sounds great in theory, but I feel like it would be more of an inconvenience than a benefit
