Plot Un-claimable

I once possessed plot ID#-69;-69 and issued a /plot reset command and found myself with the issue described here. I once again tried to claim the plot and was given the second message displayed in the attached image. I have relogged, tried claiming another plot, deleting said plot and reclaiming the initial plot, and also having a friend attempt to claim the plot. Thank you for your time helping.

Typically issues like these should be submitted in a support ticket which is under the support tab at the top of the page. I tped to the plot and set you as the owner of the plot.
