Plot Mine?

Would you guys consider Plot Mines? I think they can be managed around how Over-powered they will be, for instance 15x15, 10 blocks down. (1 material can be picked) The more expensive the gem/ore the more expensive the mines.

Hope you understand this, I think it would be cool to insert these into both servers. I think some people would be interested in personal plot mines
