Perk Not Operating

Hwello, and greetings Staff and people, I have recently Developed a Problem With the Perk Know As The Bold and Italic It commands know as &l &o I believe It would be kind of you to fix this Problem as somehow I cannot use these As I have won the Perk but Cannot Use it please help me fix this Problem

You need to win the bold perk in legendary chest directly behind you at spawn. You need to win the perk to use it for ./nick. Currently &l and &o are disabled for /rename to prevent auction house scamming.. Hope that clears that up.
