Are you talking about factions? I believe that with minions, it is specific to the person that places it down. If they do steal it, you can always make a support ticket reporting them.

Look I'm almost certain that's not the case! Survival minions did break briefly when the Halloween crates came out and if it was broken in that period you need to keep the minion pieces and report it in the support section of the manacube website!
