spawners

We all know how it is when you're working on grinding mobs and they glitch through the wall, its super frustrating. I was wondering is anyone had found any solutions to keep the mobs from glitching through walls? As in using certain types of blocks? Using fences/walls? Any suggestions? Mobs...

Unfortunately, there are just simply not enough spawners in existence this season. My clan, the top clan, probably has the most spawner fragments and cores out of anyone on Atlas, possibly more than on Aether too, and even we can not yet afford to make an optimized, sustainable spawner farm...

Me and my buddy just made a base and it wont let us place down our spawners because we arent in a base chunk? the base is claimed and everything just curious as to why we cant place our spawners.
