lost my sword

i won a legendary key from an ancient key and opened the legendary crate and got a sword, it typed "press Q again to drop item" and i just didnt get the sword at all

how do i un-sync my discord account?

yeah it got banned from discord but when i try to sync my new account it says "you are already synced" or somthing, i cant do !unsync because i am banned on that account
